Annex – Forms

This website is run for a charity supporting St Mary’s Church and its community by a group of volunteers as an important supporting medium for the “Witney Food Festival”. During the festival, paying visitors are able to sample and/or buy products from a large number of local companies. The charity benefits from funds raised from our visitors, the stallholders and sponsors but under no circumstances is the website .wfofad.co.uk) used for money transactions.

From our volunteers:

The only data stored are that of name, postal and email addresses

The data transactions are performed manually

This is necessary for the planning and execution of tasks and our volunteers give their permission to store the data set down prior to the beginning of their service

On leaving the volunteer group, all data about them will be deleted.

From our sponsors and stallholders:

The data stored is that necessary to establish a simple working relationship between the company and the charity volunteers. This includes company name, postal and email addresses with supplementary data for practical purposes such the stall size and the electrical requirements.

The data transactions are performed manually.

The data stored could also contain addresses of people performing the role as a contact.
